7 Daily Requirements

I believe God wants to make every woman whole by applying the following things in their lives.

By doing all this will equal up to the Seventh application which is Submission to God.

As a Christian, we need to have the six daily requirements in our live. Those requirements are prayer, fasting, studying your bible, exercising, and getting your rest.

                                                         1.  Prayer

The bible says,  Men ought always to pray and not faint” (Luke 18:1). Prayer renews the mind from Satan lies  (Romans 12:2). Prayer also helps to build relationship with God. The more you communicate with God, the more you will love Him and know Him, and desire to please Him. Prayer increases your faith and builds confidence; it gives peace, hope, joy, and deliverance. Prayer gives you vision and commitment. Prayer heals the mind, soul, and physical body. James 5:15 Remember that the men and women that God used in ancient days were praying people, and they were victorious! This is true today.

                                         2. Fasting

My pastor, Granderson Wright, always says. “You have to pray to stay; and fast to last”. Fasting sensitizes you to God’s will. Fasting cleanses the body, breaks down the flesh man and builds the spiritual man. The true fast is to have serious and heart felt sorrow for sin, with an earnest striving to be delivered from it. (Isaiah 58:5-8) Fasting humbles your soul (Psalms 35:13). The real fast is the sacrifice of your personal will, and this is what is meant by the term. “Afflicting the soul(11 Corinthians 10:5-6) If Jesus had to fast, how much more should we fast (Matthe4: 2-1)

                                                   3. Studying Your Bible

The Bible is the guilder of life. A roll model that gives us instructions that tells us what to do, what not to do, and how to do it. God gives us instruction for us to obey Him (Psalms 32:8).

God’s greatest instruction that He gave us is His commandment to love the Lord your God, to serve Him with all of your heart and with all of your soul (Deuteronomy 11:13) Another commandment He gave us is that we love one another, as Christ loved us. (St: John 13:34)
