My Vision

I started this ministry 11 years ago not only, because I saw the need to exercise, but I also had a vision, and within this vision I saw the need for exercise in the church today.

In my vision there were spiritual gifted people full of the Holy Ghost, and dying from Diabetes, Cancer, High blood Pressure, Overweight, Stressed-Out, and some were feeling Sluggish having no energy and Low self-esteem.

In John111 1:2 “Beloved, I wish above all things that thou may prosper and be in good health”.

Matthew 26:41 “The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak”. Your spirit might want to do a lot for the Lord, but if you are sick, stress-out, feeling sluggish, and can’t get up pray. It’s going to be hard to get the job done. 11 Corinthians 4:7  “But we have this treasure in earthen Vessels. “We have the treasure of Christ that is the spirit enclosed in the body that carry’s out the Gospel of Jesus Christ. As we focus on God, the devil’s focus is on us, and our vessels, which is the body to destroy it. He can’t do anything to our spiritual man, because our spirit was sealed with Christ when we accepted him in our lives. So if the devil can’t destroy our vessel’s he will try and make a mockery out of them.

In my vision I saw a group women fighting, and tearing down one another, and on their shoulders were these negative spirits, that were talking to their minds. Here is some of the spirits that were on their shoulders, the spirit of backbiting, envy, proud, covetousness, low-esteem, anger, stress, fear, hurt, depression, and condemnation.

The mind is the soul man, and the soul man is the spiritual and emotional part of a person, and the devil will play on women’s emotion. Because we are 75% more emotional than a man is. I think that is why God calls us the weaker vessel. The devil focuses on a woman’s emotions, that is how he deceived Eve in the garden, and that’s how he also deceived the women in my vision from knowing who they are in Christ and their purpose. My Pastor Granderson Wright always says. “If you don’t know the purpose of a product you will abuse it”.

If you don’t know the purpose of your body you will abuse it, or allow someone else to abuse you.

That is why in this exercise ministry we encourage the ladies to seek the Lord for a personal relationship with Christ so you can know who you are in Christ, and what your purpose in Christ is. And when Satan comes with his lies of discouragement you can let him know who you are in Christ Jesus. 11 Corinthians 5:17 “I am a creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. “I am not that old person I use to be, I am a new creature in Christ Jesus.

Philippians 4:13 “I can do all things through Christ that strengthens me”. This is our motto scripture.

Romans 8:37  “You are more than a conqueror” and in addition to that we encouraged the ladies to eat right, and have balance diets, and exercise. Exercise is a medication for the total body. It will make you feel good about yourself, and when you feel good about yourself, you will feel good about others.

Reminder you can do all things through Christ (Philippians 4:13). Pray for a made up mind, then set your goals, stay in focus on your goal, and press toward your goal, and don’t give up, if you get off…  “Just get back in focus”

Now my vision motivated me to focus on the physical, and spiritual needs of women.

The need to exercise today can be seem all around us. From the over weight person that feels sluggish, and that’s in bad health, also the person without energy. It has been proven by medical science that exercise does help a person with bad health. For example a person with high blood pressure, and high cholesterol count will benefit from exercise. Exercising can help, because when you exert the body the heart pumps faster, in turn freeing up those blood vessels. Exercising also supplies oxygen to the brain, which also helps produce more blood cell. It also relieves stress, which also takes a toll on the total body.

Exercising will also help you to become very disciplined, because it is so easy to quit or give up. To achieve your goals in exercising, is it weight reduction, body tone, better health, or to increasing one’s strength you have to be persistent you must continue to press forward, and that requires a made up mind.

By now, you maybe are asking how can all this benefit a Christian?  First of all, by being in good health, this will make you available to do more for the Lord. In order to work for the Lord you must also have a made up mind.  A person must also have a personal relationship with Christ, so that you can feel confident about yourself.

My Personally Testimony having a made up mind through prayer and regular aerobic exercise, weight training, and eating a nutritional balance healthy meal.

During my pregnancy I weighed 215 pounds, but since that time (10 years ago) by staying focus, having a made up mind I have lost 89 pounds, and been able to keep it off. I feel good about myself spiritually, physically, and mentally.

First because I know who I am in Jesus Christ. That is to present myself unto him for his glory and to do his will. So set your goal stay focus on your goal press toward your goal. And don’t give up because the only one that can stop you from reaching your goal is you.

Matthew 26:41 says “The Spirit is willing, but the Flesh is weak”.  Praying, Exercising and fasting all require discipline. We can all agree that Christians today need more discipline in the natural, as well as the spirit. Exercise is good, and being in shape is great.

If you don’t have the Lord Jesus Christ in your life, there is a void in your life. The only way to fulfill, that void is by having a personal relationship with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Remember Philippians 4:13  “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me”.

Sincerely yours in Christ,
